we are looking for a Saudi Lead Contracts Engineer :
- Should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience dealing with Government Tender and Procurement Law and its Implementing Regulations in the KSA in pre/post award of contracts
- Experience in dealing with Saudi Regulations for Finance and Administration and experience at least with Government Organization such as Municipality
- Should have good knowledge on all types of Saudi Contracts such as Consultancy agreements, EPC and PC & fluent in Arabic & English
