About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Product Designer & Printing Specialist to join our team in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete 3D product development process—from designing products and preparing print files to operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing 3D printers. This role requires someone who can transform ideas into high-quality finished products while ensuring reliable printer performance and excellent production quality.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative 3D products and prototypes using Autodesk Fusion 360 (F360).
  • Transform ideas, sketches, and concepts into production-ready 3D models.
  • Prepare, optimize, and slice models for FDM 3D printing.
  • Operate and manage 3D printers, ensuring consistent print quality and production efficiency.
  • Configure and optimize print settings, materials, and machine parameters.
  • Diagnose and resolve printing failures, hardware issues, and print quality problems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, upgrades, and routine servicing of 3D printers.
  • Select suitable materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, and ABS based on product requirements.
  • Complete post-processing tasks, including cleaning, support removal, sanding, assembly, gluing, painting, and finishing.
  • Maintain organized design files, print profiles, and production documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and continuously improve existing designs.

شروط الوظيفة

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience in 3D product design and FDM 3D printing.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (F360).
  • Experience operating and maintaining FDM 3D printers such as Elegoo, AnkerMake, Ender 3 S1 Plus, or similar models.
  • Strong knowledge of slicing software such as Cura or equivalent.
  • Ability to diagnose printer issues, optimize print quality, and perform routine maintenance.
  • Experience with common 3D printing materials, including PLA, PETG, TPU, and ABS.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating previous product designs and completed 3D printing projects is required.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, practical experience, technical skills, and a strong portfolio are valued more than academic qualifications.
