Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across all departments.

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and systems including computers, printers, network devices, and industrial IT systems (e.g., SCADA when applicable).

Monitor IT system performance to ensure stability, efficiency, and minimal downtime.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and user access permissions.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity guidelines set by the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and internal IT security policies.

Coordinate IT-related procurement and maintenance activities with vendors and service providers.

Assist in deploying new technologies, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.

Provide basic IT training for end users and raise awareness on cybersecurity best practices.

Prepare technical documentation and reports for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.

Work closely with the Safety and Operations departments to ensure IT systems support regulatory and safety requirements.

Respond to emergency technical issues and provide support for business continuity in critical environments.
